Okay now this is the juicy ham you've been waiting for–this is easily made and I promise you–everyone will be wanting doggie bags!!
1. Purchase a ham with bone in. These are the most flavorful
2. Place in a roasting pan
3. Pour orange juice, pineapple juice and ginger ale over the ham
4. Stick in approximately 12-16 cloves into the ham
5. Sprinkle with ground cloves–very lightly
5. Place jar (4 ox) of maraschino cherries over ham–use toothpicks
6. Cover ham with unsweetened crushed pineapple–large can
7. Lavisly coat ham with brown sugar
8. Cot ham with Maples Syrup
9. Cover with aluminum foil and bake.
A great way to start January 1–or for that matter any evening!!
