Commercial Mortgages Defaulting

Bloomberg.com and Real Estate Econometrics reports that default rates on commercial mortgages held by U.S. banks will rise to 5.4% in 2011.     Sadly so many mortgages are seeing defaults these days. Seems to be a sign of the times. Worse yet are that some financial institutions are now offering even “better” deals to prospective clients.
