New home sales have risen for the last three months, showing possible signs that maybe we've hit bottom and can expect to see a continued upturn in real estate sales.
New homes sales rose the largest amount in more than eight years. Sales rose 11% in June according to The Commerce Department.
On a similar note, the National Association of Realtors said that resale homes posted an increase of 3.6% in June.
