There are currently more than 5000 new residential units being built, or planned for building in Fort Lauderdale.
This includes Summit Las Olas II, Jackson Tower Riverwalk, and Minto Federal planning more than 300 new units. Hyde Market, 300 Third, and The Strand to name a few that are planning 200-300 new units. The Exchange, Las Olas Riverhouse, The Foundary, and The Mill are planning or already constructing less than 200 units each.
