What is wrong with this picture:
In one corner, the distressed homeowner who is just prolonging the inevitable with no real benefits but false hopes.
In the other corner, the "starving" second and third lien holders with razor shark teeth, waiting because they have nothing to loose.
In their respective corners are the litigious attorneys also waiting for last minute under duress buyers to go the extra mile and throw more money in to a very long transaction or back out. You wonder why it's taken us so long to clear this inventory up.
